Urgent documents for VISA purpose was sent by Speed Post on 26.07.2018 from Kolkata to Abu Dhabi UAE. EW119360547IN When Booked it was stated that within 3 working days the package will reach the destination but as of 08.08.2018 there are no whereabouts on where is the package. Last update online was on 27.07.2018. Left a grievance online but no satisfying answer. Very worried. This is why nobody wants to use INDIAN Government Services. Feel like abusing them left & right. How can they play around with such urgent documents. Biggest mistake that I did not take other courier service. SHAME ON INDIA POST. How can I sue them for the documents worth Rs.35, 000/- and the time wasted.
