I have been using India Post services for more than six years and so far I have had no issues, their tracking service although not excellent works fine, some of my parcels didn't get updated properly but they were delivered on time.
I have had no instances of parcels going missing or being delivered damaged never experienced any severe delays expect for the occasional ones. Overall really satisfied with India Post.
