We need India Post. Review on India Post

Today I approached to India Post office at railway station Kollam Junction to post an urgent letter. Then they told me that they couldn't receive the letter for speed post or registered post due to some technical error. Because India Post is trying to upgrade their system. So I requested for stamp to send my letter in an ordinary post. But they said that there is no stamps available there. The same situation happened to me before two months. I asked them how can I send my letter. But the stuff behaves me in a very polite manner. They agreed to keep my letter and postal charge there. They told me that they would post the letter when the system was ready. I realized one thing from their behavior. I realized one thing from the behavior of the staff. They are trying very hard to improve their institution. But the IT section is very slow. The authorities should take care of them ( IT section) to be active for the development of the India Post. Everyone working in India post must be active because the people of India need India Post.
