This review seems to be focusing on the website of Indiaplaza.com, While I have no complaints about their site, I do have with their service.
For the first time, I decided to buy an Audio CD, when it reached me(it came quickly) but the product was defective, the CD was not readable.
After several emails to customer support. after around 3 months, I got the money back. If you got the right product you are fine, otherwise, you will be in trouble. They have a customer support ticketing system, through which they provide unacceptable support.
There are other sites for buying online. You may like to think twice.
