I placed an order for 2 set of books on 22nd april 2011 and I am still waiting to hear from them. No one answers their customer support; no one calls from their office when you send them an sms. No response is received to multiple e-mails sent on their customer feedback form. However, the ordr is booked only after they have deducted money from your bank account/credit card.
The website appears to be shady out to swindle money from people shopping on the e-commerce platform. After placing one order with them I would definitely stay away from their tempting offers and false claims, as the accompanying tension is definitely not worth the uncertainty in knowing whether the order will be delivered or not.
Using their website definitely leaves a bad taste in the mouth and is not worth repeating.
