I purchased a book through India plaza site(IN0101120859), got the shock of lifetime by hearing that this book has been delivered. Whereas I never received any book.
After checking courier details found that India Plaza sent this book to Noida! WTF?
I live in Bangalore, the shipping address is Bangalore. How did they end up sending it to Noida?
Opened a ticket but customer care is saying they want figure out to whom they delivered my shipment before sending a new copy! Its their mistake, why should I wait for this? Never ever bother to buy from them. If you still cannot resist, opt for cash on delivery for peace of mind!
