I ordered hTc Explorer from Indiaplaza. On there part they shipped on time, but then I got call from bluedart asking for INR 707 as toll charges. In my humble understanding, when a website says "shipping", it means "shipping to the door step", not to the blue dart centre in the nearby town.
I stay in Thane and the Mumbai bluedart office called me and asked me for INR 707 as Toll charges. Raised a ticket with them which is still "open". These guys do not seem to have any SLAs??? :)
Finally called them and asked them either to manage the toll charge between bluedart and themselves or cancel my order with full refund. Am waiting for their reply, will update this review once I get that. I was getting a very deal from Indiaplaza, but with hidden charges like these, I have very little faith left in them. I am going to share this review with them, and hope that they undertstand that this business runs on trust, as the consumer is buying from them without even knowing where they are located and what does the product actually looks like. If they do not understand this, they will go down, sooner than later.
Bottom line is no one likes to be cheated like this, and I am sure anyone who is reading this review will feel the same. I am waiting for their response, otherwise I would have straight away advised people to stick with flipkart even if you have to shell out a few bucks extra..
