I have a order #IN2706110552 for a kindle reader. After multiple followups and facing utter disappointment, I requested since you cannot deliver the order product even after 3+ weeks, please cancel the order.

The customer service associate - Jitoo says it is done at the back end and due to technical glitch not reflecting on portal.

Mr K Vaitheeswaran - COO Indiaplaza you preach so much about e-commerce, regular speaker in management institute - You need to do a homework to clean mess at your home first.

You have dismal performance in delivering the product, cannot show the status of product delivery, cann't show the status of refund. You have utter mess in your premises.

Bullshit supply chain, not real time status of order and still preach others about e-commerce venture.

Please come clean or the public will say - "INDIAPLAZA IS A CHEAT SITE WAITING TO FLEECE CUSTOMERS ".

We had shipped the ordered item Kindle 6 Inch Wifi + 3G (White) through expressit courier vide docket # I100457560 on 7th July itself. But the parcel was lost in transit by couriers and they were unable to retrieve the same.
