I buy books through online from almost all the leading portals. I had purchased many times from indiaplaza and got delivered properly. But that was history as they were providing COD. All of a sudden in the middle they have removed COD option to certain areas, upon inquiring about it, I was told as it was a problem of courier partners.
Unfortunately I had ordered(despite of denial of COD) 2 books by prepaid mode(on 13-Dec-12), as their price was low and was having the experience of getting the goods delivered quickly in the past. But, till now(23-Dec-2012) it is in undelivered condition. Even for my complaint mail, they didn't even give any response. My order id is "I13121201176".
My conclusion is don't order with them if COD is unavailable, at least you don't have to lose you money.
