Very bad and poor service.
I ordered a product on 10 Feb and was expected to reach on 18 Feb. But its still not shipped yet.
Even raised a ticket and there's no reply from their side. I called their customer support, first I had to wait a long time for them to receive my call, then they pick up the call and say me it will take another 10- 15 days to ship the item.
Still, I am not convinced that they will ship the item or not.
Very bad and poor.
