I had ordered at several other Indian online stores before and had mixed experiences regarding customer services and reliability of information given on their websites concerning availability and approximate delivery time of products.
But indianplaza.com is simply the worst online store I’ve ever tried.
*They completely fail in every respect:*
Incorrect estimates of probable shipping times are given in the product description
Shipping announcements are wrongly given although the shipment is not actually being done.
Order details in customer accounts are not updated.
Their customer service is not reachable and seems to be practically non-existent.
*I can only warn everyone never to order a product at indianplaza.com. You can wait till Doomsday to get your ordered product and it will simply be a real nightmare of a shopping experience.*
