I had placed an order nearly one month back with full payment order no.IN0904100118 for AirWick automatic room freshener. Even after repeated reminders they have not dispatched the item. The customer care team is behaving as if they do not know anything and they did not have a basic courtesy to inform me what has happened to my order.

Poor response. I have never faced such a customer care service. I now appreciate the Rediff team for their excellent performance on online shopping. I have never faced any problem with rediff online shopping eventhoug I had four five dealings with them.I should not have gone for Indiaplaza. This is my first and last order with Indiaplaza.

I also advise everybody not to purchase anything from Indiaplaza. It is a big FRAUD.
