Lost my money - Had bad experience with Indiaplaza

I ordered 3 books on indiaplaza and to my greatest regret I paid online for the same. The order no. is I08021300090 and I placed the order on 8-Feb-2013. Till now the status on the site shows "Being processed and assigned to vendor". I have raised tickets to know - when can I expect the delivery of books but it is all in vain. Seems like they don't do serious business.


Not at all recommended!


It will be of great help if somebody can tell me how can I get my books or my money back...

Unfortunately, at certain times we find ourselves unable to procure items due to its non availability in our warehouse or with vendor partners. We did try to source the item from various suppliers. Unfortunately, we are forced to cancel the item due to non availability.
Refund processed on 15th March reference # 201302086035406and the amount is expected to be credited to your account in the next 7 to 10 working days depending upon inter-bank procedures.
