Pathetic customer service. Review on Imintpoints

I was given a free imint card from a shop on laxmi road. I had also swiped my card for the points, when i tried to register my card online. It never worked. I tried hundred times but was nit able to do so... I got frustrated and called the customer care, which answered politely, registered my card. I came to know from them that i had no points on my card, which is disgusting. I thought i would order gifts online. The customer care executive told me to try after 5 days. After that the website was not loading at all. The website was under construction.

I tried several times after that but everything was useless. Its pathetic service has made me pull my hairs. I am depressed using that useless website... Once and for all i would nit recommend anybody to use their website and products. The other day when i went to shop i didn't wish to use the card. I wish i would have never got the stupid and useless imint card. Its hopeless using their points service.

When i called the customer care again he didnt have knowledge about the products on website... First of all their website isnt working and customer care also dont have any clues about it. Its a shame on imint........
