Admission beyond capacity. Too much rush. 1 hour waiting for every ride. No seating arrangement in waiting rows. We feel like beggar.
Too hot - No AC/Fans in waiting area.
Low quality food is too costly.
Can not complete all rides in one day.
1 indoor ride/show was not working.
Security staff was rude.
This shows adlab is too hungry for money, not ready to think about customers comfort. This is very bad attitude, but due to monopoly may be this is happening. So don't visit on regular ticket, pay more - purchase Imagica Express ticket with 1.5X more cost i.e Rs. 3000, so you will get preference for every ride, you will not feel like beggar in waiting queue.
Also avoid holidays & tuesday( Low fair day) due to rush. Try in off season.
