Today I am writing review about Iherb.com. I used it to purchase medicine from them. I have used Iherb.com for a long time , and from now on , I will never be using them again . My problem was not about paying taxes. It was the fact that now DHL is holding my package won't let me process it our country's custom office without paying DHL , the courier company 20 . When I thought I already paid for shipping and all I need to pay extra is the duties and taxes which I handle with our country's custom. That is ridiculous when I contacted Iherb about it they keep on sending some absolute worthless answer that I am sorry you were not aware of your country's tax and duty payments Then I answered to them that yes I do know them and I am completely aware , I have a problem with the courier company forcing me to pay extra to DHL so I Can process my own package with our country's official custom myself . I will never purchase any thing from them again or DHL , Luckily we consumers can always show our opinion with our decision on where we buy products. Be careful guies from this type of company
