Hi I am Parag.
The iHerb.com is online herbal products selling website. The products are very costly on this website and they doesn't give satisfying products of that price. The product they sell are not effective as the products we get in the market. They take to much time to deliver the product than they give to customer. Online payment is manipulated for buying product, cash on delivery facility is not there and these types of products should be sold on cash on delivery only. Customer service is very bad. They make too hard for customer to solve the problem or get the refund. This website is not good and reliable.
So I prefer to buy herbal products offline or from any good website.
