This is from my personal experience. Never ever buy or book the products on https://indiangiftsportal.com the customer service is worst and they will never deliver on time. I ordered a product and asked them to deliver it to Australia. Site assured to deliver in 7 days but finally after their sweet time, the order was delivered on 13th day, from when the order was placed.
My question to them is, if you deliver for 13 days then why are you charging it to deliver in 7 days. Worst customer service only in the name they say it's 14 years or some count, but once you have the experience with them, it doesn't make you feel as they are in service for 14 years.
