I had booked an order, in which two items were thee. One of the items I received was a wrong item. It was a sweet item which was sent by blue dart from IGP. But IGP was prompt in their action. The IGP customer support was quick to answer my calls and sort out this hassle. Without any problem got my refund for the product. IGP personnel took great interest in getting following up with my queries regarding my refund. Highly recommend IGP for their service and good customer support. Look forward to shopping with IGP for future events.
