I have ordered "Personalized collage frame" from their website. Their link to upload photos was not working, hence I end up sending those photos through email on their support id.
But when the recipient received the frame, the photos were not even slotted in the frame and just left outside in the courier. This is not how a gift should be sent and highly unprofessional from their side.
When my family tried to put photos into slots, it was such poor quality glass that one of them broke.
