I have placed an order IGP410**6 but to my disappointment you guys have no value of commitment. Your customer care committed the delivery of my order by 20-Aug surely, but they have not met this anytime .
I am simply disappointed with your service and I am sure I wont be using your portal anytime again and also ensure to give this negative feedback to each and every forum available on internet.
On top of this they don't serve customer care after 7:30 PM..typical non sensitive, non customer centric company.
I AM NOT GOING TO USE IT ANYMORE AND WILL SUGGEST EVERYONE NOT TO USE IT.
