I would strongly advise against purchasing from IGP, as my experience with them was extremely disappointing and unprofessional. I placed an order for a bouquet and customized merchandise for Mother’s Day, a day in advance. The order tracking indicated delivery would occur between 11 am and 6 pm, but when the items did not arrive, I began tracking the order and noticed the delivery time kept getting pushed back. Each time I contacted customer care-speaking to three different agents-I was given a new, later delivery window. Eventually, I was told the delivery would only happen after 10 pm. This was especially frustrating since the gift was meant for my elderly mother, who would be asleep by then, making such a late delivery pointless. The entire experience left me frustrated and disappointed, as IGP completely spoiled the occasion. I cannot recommend their services to anyone.
