Stick to reputed services like Amazon/Flipkart. Review on Igp

So far I have only had bad experiences with such websites in terms of poor quality of the product ordered. But this is the first time I had the experience of never even receiving the order itself.

What kind of an idiot will deliver the order without even checking and verifying the name of the recipient to make sure it's the right address before delivering it to them?

And no responsibility will be taken to resolve the issue, no communication will happen related to any of your concerns.

This is a lesson for me to avoid these kind of service providers because they are simply not reliable.

We sometimes fall for their trap because they seem to promote their products in such a way it's very appealing and not to mention the temptation of'same day express delivery', except it's not express, and the delivery is not even done right. You won't get any response or refund and most definitely won't try to redeliver the order to make up for the screw up from their end. So NOT worth it!
