I have completed my graduation and post graduation from Indira Gandhi National University (IGNOU). I joined Indian Air Force soon after my 10+2 in 1996. After joining such a professional Air Force, I decided to join any university to continue my studies because there prevails an excellent environment of academic enhancement in Air Force. I choose IGNOU, because it is the best known and internationally recognized university. I took admission in B.A. when I was in training center it self. With the very busy schedule at the training center it was next to impossible to continue my studies but I managed to complete my assignment in time and also attended some of the classes at the week ends.
IGNOU provides excellent self explainary study materials which is sufficient for any student to gain enough knowledge of that subject it he/she goes through the book completely. The study materials provided by IGNOU is used by the Civil Services aspraints for their preparation of elective subjects. This itself shows the in-depth knowledge provided in IGNOU study materials.
With a number of study center all over India it provides higher education opportunity to those who due to any reason cannot continue their higher education. IGNOU is having students from every strata of society. Be it professionals, defense personnel, women, rural people, or even prisoners. An excellent platform is provided by this university to all those who want to excel in their field by acquiring higher knowledge and degrees by providing a range of courses of as less as 03 months to 4yrs Engineering degrees, MBA, and other professional degrees.
