I had joined to ignou in 2010 on BCA degree I have completed my all subjects in 2014 but still I have not received my original degree from ignou. they announced their convocation this year I have successfully made payment for convocation registration but nothing any news from their side, I mail them so many time but not any responce, their telephone numbers are never pickup by ignou, I will just tell you friends this university is just for getting money from else where they have no worry about students future
