IGNOU is one of the best universities for the distant learners and the working persons. The programs are good.
One suggestion for the courses like BCA, MCA, CIC etc.:
The course should provide the knowledge of latest versions. Let me quote an example here. In CIC course, MS Windows material consists of Windows 3.2 where the latest version is Windows XP. This kind of material for the technical courses may create problems for the students. The students would be at loss when they will be facing an interview for the job.
The second suggestion:
Now IGNOU is charging fees from the girls. If they want to charge the fees from the female students, it should be highly subsidized.
