Please never think of buying IFB washing machine.
We have brought the IFB washing machine just 5 months back. From the day one the water is coming out whilst it is running. The worst part is no service person turn back after launched the complaint for more than 6 times. We have brought the machine from PPDS thanjavur. Escalated this to the customer support department PPDS. They are vulnerable even they are not getting the proper support from the company. As I was there when they tried to connect me to a person called Kamalak Kannan (9381079435), no one picked up the call.
I would suggest not even think about IFB as they are being there in the market for more years they started neglecting customer satisfaction.
