I bought IFB Senator washing machine last week from IFB factory outlet at Bangalore near ITPL.
I didnot get any benefit of buying from factory and also couldnot get my old washing machine exchanged because it is from videocon.
I had to repeatably make phone calls to get the product delivered to house and also they made me take leave from office and stay at home since they deliver only on weekdays. Days after the product was delivered the technician gave a demo and made us buy number of accessories (Stand, water softener, cover, IFB liquid detergents, circuit breaker).
I even had to get new pipe and electric work done since senator was not compatible with old pipe and needed 15amps power supply. Right now I am satisfied and happy with the output of the wash and praying that it wont give any trouble so that I will not have to struggle with service people.
