I just bought an IFB Senator Aqua Energie Washing Machine and I am regretting my decision.
The service is pathetic and third-rate and I never expected the company officials to renege on their promises.
Despite escalating the issue to the Sales Head and also the Service Head in their Delhi office, there is no senstivity shown by anyone to resolve the complaints and honour the promises made.
Hence, I thought it fit to share my horrible experience and advise prospective buyers about the problems. Therefore, think many times before buying an IFB product.
In fact I looked at other front loading models from Electrolux, LG and Whirlpool and probably gone in for any of them. I went in for IFB only because they claimed to have this Aqua Energies feature which prevents scaling of the drum due to the hard water in the place where I reside - Gurgaon.
