I bought the IFB machine with an impression that it will last longer than other brands and its automatic too..But, Thanks to the Terrible service and incompetent technical staff, My machine is dead just after 4 years of operation.
Parts not available in the after market.Parts are unreasonably costly, IFB doesn't sell the parts to the owner of the product, every time you will have to the call the support and they will send an incompetent technical person to your doorstep charging around Rs. 400 for a visit.
The untrained staff opens your costly machine like a butcher slaughtering chicken and without proper inspection finally comes to a conclusion that so many parts are faulty and need to be replaced.
Please think carefully before buying the IFB products or you will regret your decision later.
