I have a top load washing machine from IFB. When I was searching for a Fully Automated Front load washing machine, many people suggested IFB. Unfortunately I did not analyzed about after sales service. The machine is having problems from the time I bought. Whenever I have to call for ask service the request will be taken only after a month or more time.
I am very disappointed with IFB service. First time I got service after nearly waiting for 3 months and so many follow up calls. This is the second time I am facing issues with service. The office staff seems to be that they do not even care about customers though I called personally my area in charge to request the service. Please do not buy IFB products. Looks like they themselves want to be out of market.
