Heaven help you if you ever have a problem with IFB Microwave Ovens ! First, try to find a way to contact someone and then they simply register your complaint and forget it . After say 15 days they may call you to find out if someone attended to your problem?
When you respond that no one bothered, they cheekily tell you that it is just 10 days only you have lodged the complaint which will be attended shortly. Even then nothing happens and you are waiting for their much hyped After-Sales-Service which never occurs. You wonder n curse yourself about the decision to go for IFB Microwave Oven, like myself . Beware, DO NOT BUY IFB Products before ascertaining their After-Sales-Services in your city .
