I have this washing machine and bought it because all my friends told us that it was the best. But, it is not all that good. It cleans ok but what is very irritating for me is the noise it makes for the spin dry. if you have a balcony or something like that it may not affect but keeping it inside the hose is very irritating. sometimes the vibrations is so much that the machine itself starts moving. another thing is it takes 1 and half hours for a full load cycle, I dont know how long other machines take. their sevice people are also not very helpful. another thing is the after such a loud drying cycle the clothes are not completely dried and have to be dried outsie, then what is the point? people say that front loading machines are better but I will recommend toploading machine after all the problems I have with IFB front loading machine.
