Threatended and abused by IFB service engg. Review on IFB Executive Plus

Hi,

I had raised a Grievance on thw rude behaviour of IFB engg who came for installation at the web site .

Well to my surprise I did get a follow up call from gentleman venkatesh , he called to my mobile from +91-80-26639568 , the surprise part was the same engg who came for the installation was the person who called me and I had earlier raised complaint against him alone. As expected I got abused by him again with couple of bad words and he threatened me .

It was my mistake to give a Grievance in IFB website, if IFB can suppress the issues by threatening and abusing the customers, then I do will like to take other routes available for me , i will like to share this info with forums and other public noticeable places so that when any one goes for any IFB product they should be aware of the customer services.

Thanks IFB a lot for what all damage done to me.
