About five years ago, when we
needed to buy a washing machine, we decided to go in for a front loading
machine. On surveying the market, we
found that the best machines that were on offer were of IFB and Siemens. Though we liked Siemens, we had to drop it as
we were told that getting spares were difficult and also because it was
costlier. We decided on IFB Executive
Elite based on our requirements.
Five years on, we have had no
problems with the machine. We use the machine on an almost daily basis. Why such a late review on the product is
because around the same time, my neighbors bought an LG top loading semi-automatic
machine and the other day he called to say that he wanted to buy the IFB because
during the five years, his machine was repaired four times.
We needed the help of the service
centre during relocation of our residence and also when we needed to buy the
water inlet tube a couple of time. The service is prompt and very satisfactory.
