If you buy IFB washing machine, your life time will certainly reduce, as you need to spend most of the time calling to customer care and shouting on them. You I hope this is a common experience that most of the IFB users are familiar with. New users, please stay away from buying IFB products as they can show you hell on earth.
I have raised a complaint on July 10th, 2014 and till now its not being addressed. IFB collects AMC and then say that parts & spares are not available. I think in IFBs terms, AMC means they will take one year or more to resolve any issue. Thank god they are not into Life insurance business!
