IFB Digital Washing Machine is not the good washing machine. I purchased it at a cost of around Rs. 30, 000. I have been using from past 1 year. But I didnt liked the product service at all.
Features of IFB digital washing machine are:
1) Wash Capacity - 5.5 kg
2) Fully Automatic
3) Number of spin basket - 1
4) Wash method - Tumble
5) Basket Material - Stainless Steel
6) No. of wash programmes - 15
7) It has Digital Display also
8) Warranty Period - 2 years
It has various features but poor customer service support. After 6 months, I faced working problem. Therefore, I complaint this to customer care but they just told me to wait. Later after several calls they didnt respond me well. I am really very disappointed with its service support. Then I went to service centre for repairing. They solved my issue but after charging good amount of money. This product was totally waste of money for me.
I would like to rate IFB digital washing machine with only 1 star because of its poor service and support.
