We have purchased Digital 5.5 KG IFB washing machine was purchased by us in September 2009 during the Dasara festival period. It started giving problems from one month of our purchase. So far the machine has been taken by the service centre five times and four times they have changed the stone which is the main part of the machine and with the help of this stone only, our washing is being done by the machine. In this less than two years period the maching was with the service centre for more than 40 days. I had to call the service centre people number of times but the response or help from incharges of IFB is not encouraging. Next time if the problems comes again i.e. for the sixth time, I propose to go to consumer court. Finally do not buy any IFB make washing machine.
