Great to know that finally IFB & Snapdeal.com have shaken hands. Kudos to that. I don't know what the hell is wrong with IFB to not provide warranty for products purchased from snapdeal! Why supply products to them in the first place? You have sold and received money from them. It is your responsibility and commitment to provide warranty for the product that is sold, right? Your attitude is very disappointing.
And why tell a lie that they have mentioned on their website to not purchase products from snapdeal? I just bought an AC from snapdeal and called IFB for installation. They just say "It is your mistake. We cannot provide warranty or installation and I have to pay IFB for every service visit!"
YES IT IS A MISTAKE TO BUY AN IFB PRODUCT. Really cruel to customers. DON’T BUY FROM IFB. I HAD SOME TRUST BUT IT IS CRUELLY BROKEN NOW.
