Now a days we believe in digital but they don't follow any rule.
Positive:-> After opening an account you will get 4% interest t0 10L rupees.Above 10 L you will get 6% and so on. Like you have 15L rupees in your saving account then you will get 40 K(4%) for 10 L and 30K(6%) for 5 L.
Negative: If you face any issue you will not get any support through mail, phone or either you are going to branch also.
I will never suggest to anyone to open an account in IDFC First. You will get better option in private bank sector Axis, HDFC, ICICI
where you have support for senior team.Every months first 2 days their portal does not work properly.
