IDFCFIRST is working closely with MouthShut.com to enhance customer satisfaction.
I don't know why so many people have given negative reading to this bank. I am using this bank from last three years and I am quite satisfied with is service. Here is my detailed review of the same.
Phone Banking- It has dedicated application for both the android and IOS. Its fast and responsive and I have seen less chances of transaction failures.
ATM Availibility- I haven't seen many ATMs of IDFC bank but you have the option to withdraw money from any ATM. 5 transaction in a month for free.
Internet Banking- Internet banking is also decent with all the features you get in phone banking. It's fast and bug free.
Customer service- Customer service is what that I think IDFC bank is lacking on. There staff doesn't always get what the query is being asked.
Conclusion- In the nutshell I can say looking at the competition and the options of banks available to us IDFC have made there place by offering over the edge experience and services.
