I was a Idea user, I will say that it is the worst network ever. If you are using ut you have to climb to the top of the network tower. They show there ads as it is the best network ever built, I will say that when I want to download anything I have to go to toilet and then it gives me the speed only 100-200kbps, it is the only place where I can get the things downloaded or in my teress only. I will request them to please upgrade your network otherwise no one will take your services. There rate of recharges are also high as per there services. And there costomer care services are always bussy dont know how to talk to a costomer. I will say to the new buyers to get to other services.
