I have an Idea Cellular Connection for corporate plan, in which if you call in a circle, the number called will not be charged. I already raised the complaint request a month back to Mr.Harish(harish.kumar3@idea.adityabirla.com), who is the corporate coordinator for our company in Hyderabad, but he is neither answering my calls nor making any attempt to fix my problem.
I have tried to reach him many number of time and each time I get an SMS stating that he is in meeting which never ends. I have 2 connections from idea, provided by Mr. Harish and the numbers are+91 9573395XXX and+91 849991XXXX. As per our plan, both the numbers should be under CUG call tab, but in my billing cycle, is not reflecting, I am charged for calling against each number.
So, I escalated an email to Mr. Harish, to rectify the problem, but still I have not received any acknowledgement from his end.
