I am an idea user since 2 years still see no upgradation in their services. Their net packs are too expensive. The network is so weak that at many times it goes to no network. Still giving it two star because it's internet speed is not the best but good. The other network operators are providing internet facility at an economic price but I am waiting for idea's new plans but all going in vain.Even after the merger with vodafone they aren't providing any nice plan. Let us see how much time it will take.
