I had a Idea Delhi NCR post paid connection, I used it for 4-5 months. During the connection opening I deposited 300/- INR as security deposit. On 7th February 2016, I quitted the connection clearing all the bills. After submission of all the bills and clearing all the dues. I contacted the customer care and asked for the security refund. The executive told me that all my dues and all the formalities are complete and my security deposit cheque will reach me within 60-75 days.
Even after 4 months, I didn’t received any amount and after that I contacted the customer care so they told me that they will raise a request and my request is updated(Service Request Number – C1- 67245543666). They mailed me again and again trying to make me believe that they have refunded the amount.
Finally they admitted that they had created a cheque for the refund but the cheque was not delivered as address was not verified. They have even given me the details of cheque and asked me to go to the customer care centre and start the process all over again.,
My Idea Number was 8750006606 Delhi NCR Postpaid Connection.I have Questions for Idea officials that If they had unverified address how they started my sim and the bills are also made on the same address. During the refund of money, they suddenly lost my address. These are just trends so that people make less effort to get the refund and leave the money with you guys.
A multi billion Industry is running on the refund amount stealing great… What an Idea Sirjee….
My sincere advices to everyone reading this review never ever buy any Idea connection as the network is just OK. The major issue is trustworthiness they lack this factor, choice is yours…
