Idea is terminating my connection and not adjusting the security deposit of 300 rs which i give in the beginning and also i have receipt of the agency who take money behind of idea as a security deposit .
I have submitted 300 rs as a security deposit and idea executive tell me their is no deposit at all .
How it is possible that u can give a postpaid connection without any security deposit .
Now idea representative theft security deposit of customer??
From the beginning of this connection i have faced so many fake representative of idea and i discontinue from idea. I dont want idea any more and my bill will be adjust in security deposit of 300 rs .next time dont tell me that u wont get my deposit because no connection will be continue until security deposit .
Worst customer service of idea.How irresponsible idea executive is? Neither they give resolution nor they have time to reply to my mail.Idea is cheating customer by taking security deposit and not return even not responding from a month..worst customer service idea is. They just revert the pre formatted mail.
Over 2 months no one responding with a resolution why?Where all senior executive go ?
No one in idea who track all those thing or they earn money by cheating customer .<
