Today m gonna share my experience on idea with you.
I am using idea from past 5 years and services become worse ans worse day by day.
Top ups and packs become expensive and services become worse. If you are happy with 2g services like you want to use normal facebook whatsapp or surfing any website then idea is good for you but if you want to surf youtube or want download high resolution videos like full HD ( 1080 PIXELS) videos then the services from idea is not good because speed of 3g is very poor and packs are very expensive and customer services are also bad means when you call to customer care you will not gonna get the resolution properly for which you call them.
The only benefit is that they are providing low call rates and the rate cutter packs are there with the help of that you can reduce your call rate for whole month or for 90 days.
So guys as compare to other operators idea is not in the league now because packs are high rated and services are very poor.
