Idea is the first mobile operator that I used as my first. The network coverage and availability of network at any place is just awesome, the service provided by Idea is simply good as in terms of calling and internet service, there is no call drop issue with it, but the internet speed at day time is not good, and from the last few months its internet speed is goes on decreasing, and also one which is very irritating is the long time taken while dialing any number for a call. And this is the reason I use the operator very less nowadays. There are other operators which are fast and of low cost.
The customer Services are not bad and not good, as they itself cut money from the main operator balance and add a service by their own, but after complaining they come with proper response.
