Idea provide me a very bad network . I am using idea network from past 6 months ago . In many places they have no network . When I live in kolkata there have good network . But when I live in my village home( rural area), there have no network in my mobile, so I can not contact with any one.
So, this is very problem for me . They have no good call rate cutter . So, their call charges is not good . Their internet speed is too slow . So, it waste my time when I surfing in internet . Some time, balance is deducted without no reasons, after that when I contact I with idea customar care, but they did not refund my money . Now, I on the way to port my idea sim into vodafone . I suggest that, do not use idea network .
