I have a pre-paid connection of Idea in MP. I took a BlackBerry Plan on October 4, 2011. Since then Idea has been deducting amounts on account of data usage charges. I have configured the settings in TCP/IP as Blackberry.net(under APN). The customer care guys have been telling me to do so. Despite doing these changes right from day one, they have been deducting charges. I got a shock when without using anything else(permitted under the BlackBerry plan of 399), Rs.34/- were debited from my account.
CAN ANYONE FROM IDEA RESOLVE THE ISSUE? IN ORDER TO PROVIDE JUSTICE TO OTHER IDEA CUSTOMERS I AM PREPARED TO TAKE THE MATTER TO CONSUMER FORUM, TO RAISE THE VOICE AGAINST MALPRACTICES FOLLOWED BY IDEA.
